Description

SC Concrete Finish is a decorative, cement-based concrete resurfacing mortar for smoothing, resurfacing, rubbing, sacking, and restoring concrete surfaces. SC Concrete Finish is also formulated as a waterproofing coating to provide a uniform water-resistant coating to vertical concrete and masonry substrates. SC Concrete Finish closes the internal voids in the substrate but still allows full breathability.
